My work sits at the intersection of governance, leadership and organisational culture. I am often brought in at moments that matter: when organisations are growing, changing, under pressure, or in need of clear, independent insight.
My approach: My work is practical, independent and evidence-informed. I work directly with boards, committees and leadership teams, often as a trusted external partner, providing challenge, facilitation and structured insight. Engagements range from short, focused interventions to in-depth governance reviews and longer-term leadership support.
