Hi, I’m Hannah Pudner.

After an executive-level career I now help develop high performing people and organisations.

High performing workforces don’t happen by accident. They take deliberate effort, tenacious commitment, and inspirational leadership.

Helping organisations achieve this is my bread and butter.

Creating high performing people, teams, and organisations is relatively straightforward. But it takes time, effort, and resources. Especially when funds are tight, teams under-staffed, and people under pressure.

Facilitation

Do you have an upcoming strategy day? Or staff conference? I can help with agenda design, facilitation, and post-session write-up. Making sure the session is engaging, output focused, and leaves your people energised and excited for the future (and that it all runs to time!)

Culture Change

What norms, behaviours, and values do you want across your organisation? Maybe you’d like to become more intentional about DEI or tackle toxic behaviours? Through audit and analysis I can make recommendations as to the cultural and operation changes and help you implement these.

Training

Does your workforce need elevating in terms of modern ways of working? Do you have emerging leaders who need that extra input to become senior-strata ready? I can curate a skills programme tailored to your needs. 

Governance

Good governance is the foundation of a thriving organisation.  There’s the systems, policies, procedures and regulations, plus ensuring high integrity of leadership, behaviours, & values. I undertake Board effectiveness reviews, governance development, & recruitment.
