My work is practical, independent, and evidence-informed. I work directly with boards, committees, and leadership teams as a trusted external partner, providing challenge, facilitation, and structured insight. Engagements range from short, focused interventions to in-depth governance reviews and longer-term leadership support.

I support boards to understand how well their governance works in practice, not just on paper.
My reviews go beyond structures and compliance to look at decision making, accountability, relationships, and culture. The output is always practical and proportionate, with clear recommendations that boards can act on with confidence.

Leadership Development
I work with senior teams to strengthen leadership practice, particularly in complex, values-led environments.
This includes supporting CEOs, executive teams, and boards through change, tension, or transition, helping people name what matters, address what is getting in the way, and move forward together.

Culture & Ways of Working
I work with organisations to understand and strengthen culture, particularly where it is shaping behaviour, decision making, or delivery.
This includes diagnosing what is getting in the way, supporting honest conversations, and helping leaders align culture with purpose, values, and expectations.
